Based on a friend’s recommendation, we visited Masala Republic in Himayat Nagar. The restaurant is relatively small, and I was initially surprised by its compact size. However, it quickly filled up, with all tables reserved—clearly a popular spot!

The ambiance, though modest, is pleasant and well-suited for family dining. We started with papad, served alongside mint chutney, salsa, and onion salad. The Manchuria and Hot & Sour soup followed, both of which were excellent.

Walked in early today morning into this place. Probably as the first customer of the day. It was empty but open to serve.

The place was quite clean and hygienic. Tables and chairs were sturdy yet pleasing to use.

Ordered a Delhi Pav Bhaji. It was served within 5 to 7 minutes. It was placed in a small wooden cart with wheels which felt a bit richer and nicer.

The aroma of the pav and butter was exquisite and heavenly. The pav melted in my mouth and it made me sad that I finished the the top part so soon. The base of pav was slightly crunchy and firm enough. In fact it tasted better than the top.
