We enjoyed Mcd in the US at various locations and were so happy that we have one here close to our house. But freaking 30mins wait for a muffin???? 07/31/2024 we had food and drinks all good until we are about to leave and my son wanted a vanilla muffin so ordered for a take away from the kiosk. Waited for 20 mins ans walked up to the counter to ask for an update, a short lean lady says we will call you and that I don't have to walk up to the counter, fine. Went back to the table and waited for few more mins and asked a boy helping at the kiosk explained him what we are waiting for... he walks up inside and comes back saying that vanilla muffin is discontinued and we said we are ok with chocolate muffin... he says 2 mins sir they are heating it up and goes back to his work..well fine... this shirt lean lady who is like a step above this boys designation walks up to him and chats general stuff least bothered about us with nothing on our desk and desperately waiting for the order. She then talks this guy mopping the floor.. we see the other lady heated something up and wraps it in the take away envelope but sets it aside... only after I walk up to that lady and asks if that is the muffin then she reacts oh is that your oder ...had to express my frustration over her ...poor lady... the short lean manager like lady is of very bad attitude..least bothered about customers order... only shows bosses and chats with...

The food was also delicious. I ordered a McChicken Spicy wrap and a MCMaharaja burger. Both were flavorful and filling. The price was reasonable, and I felt like I got a good value for my money.
The self-service kiosk tables were also a great feature. These tables are a great way to get help with your order without having to wait in line. The staff is always there to help you if you need it, but they also give you the freedom to explore the menu and order on your own.
I was also impressed with the fact that they are building a children's play area. This is a great way to make the store more inclusive and to make it a more enjoyable experience for families. The store is already very spacious, so the addition of a children's play area will only make it more inviting.
