"This restaurant serves good Indo-Chinese cuisine. I wouldn't call the cuisine authentic Chinese but there are some elements of authentic Chinese cuisine here. The portion sizes are very good. The staff members are polite, friendly, and helpful. The ambience is quite warm and inviting."
Food: We ordered Wonton Soup, Kimchi Potato, Buldak Chicken, and Hunan Lamb.
Wonton Soup: Simple and very clear soup containing wontons filled with shrimps. Buldak Chicken: Sweet and mildly spicy, quite appetizing. Can recommend the dish. Kimchi Potato: Sweet and mildly spicy. Quite appetizing. Hunan Lamb: Shredded lamb with ginger and chilli. Almost like congee or crispy shredded lamb. The lamb's flavours made the dish quite overwhelming/fatty/oily.
Some foods are quite oily/greasy here. If possible, they should make the foods less oily/greasy. The portion sizes however are quite impressive.
Service: Staff members are helpful and friendly. They did help us with our selections and overall were helpful.
Atmosphere: Quite warm and inviting. The seats near the artificial waterfall were quite nice. The artificial waterfall was quite soothing to my eyes.
Overall, I feel the restaurant is a bit overrated. It isn't exactly bad but not the best either. I couldn't find dim sums anywhere on their menu. Some of the items which we might expect in Chinese cuisine were missing. There was no duck or pork for instance. However, whatever we tried was good. You can give this restaurant a try but if you are looking for more authentic Chinese cuisine, maybe Yi Jing should be...
Read moreWe have been long patrons of this restaurant for many years ... it has changed a lot since we last want ( 5 years or so) ... Like the menu , the Chinese calendar paper mats , the fortune cookies but it still remains a personal favorite.

Ambiance 5/5 Really great ambiance with a lot of details given to the finer things ....I especially love the zen feel the place gives with the waterfall and the rain drops still visible at the entrance.
Even the restaurant has an unconventional entrance to the middle of the hall where tables , kitchen and bar are around.
The effort they do is great for the customer from providing bamboo chopsticks if you request (previously beautifully engraved plastic), to servings of Kimchi (pickled cabbage) and cucumber , to round tables for platters to be served. they do a lot for customer satisfaction. Previously we used to ask specifically for fortune cookies but now they give it complementary and they have greatly improved their cookies ( from long biscuit like ones to the American traditional one). Customer feedback forms.
The food is here is not completely Chinese but a mix of different Asian cuisine , american and some timeless classics like Kung pao and chopsuey.
Definitely a must visit and the must tries are their mix platters..... Thank you for a fun filled...
Read moreWe usually go to Eatmore in that place which is located on the ground floor. But this time, we wanted to try their authentic Chinese restaurant located on the same premises.
Once we are seated, they have given a welcome dish of cabbage slaw, which was good.
We have ordered the following items
Chicken manchow soup Chicken wonton soup Mings special chicken Tai pei Chicken Crispy fried vegetables Egg schezwan noodles Egg soft noodles Chicken Cantonese noodles Hunan chicken Chilli chicken
The soup and the chicken starters are very tasty . But the Crispy fried vegetables tasted more like aloo fry dipped in cornflour.
The egg schezwan noodles are very yum. We don't require a wet dish to accompany these noodles.
For the soft noodles, we ordered two wet gravies, but actually, one is enough.
The fried noodles are also very tasty.
The quantity is super huge, so we could complete one bowl only, and the rest we have to get it packed.
Their ambiance is ok, and it looks a little gloomy, and seating on the sofa is not that comfortable as it is very low to have food on the table.
The staff are polite, and the service is fast. The prices are slightly on a higher side, but it justifies the quantity they provide.
They have a separate cabin to accommodate a large crowd.
We have received a flat 10% discount when we paid through zomato dining.
Overall, I would like to visit again and try their...
