KFC — Restaurant in Hyderabad

KFC has always been one of my favourite places to visit and enjoy delicious food—especially the tender chicken strips. However, my visit today to the Kachiguda outlet turned out to be the worst experience I’ve ever had at KFC.

The outlet was extremely unhygienic. Staff members were openly tying their hair buns without wearing hair masks, and two female employees were casually chatting on their phones—again, without hair covers. It was shocking to see such a lack of basic hygiene practices.

To make things worse, there were no buns available to serve the burgers we wanted. I ordered 7 strips, which are usually my all-time favourite, but they tasted completely off. I could barely eat two pieces due to the poor quality, and the rest I asked to be packed. The chicken was hard, dry, and far from what I expect from KFC.

When I requested sauce packets, the staff rudely mentioned they couldn’t provide them as per their manager’s instructions. I would really like to ask—are these the same "instructions" that allow staff to skip wearing hair masks, joke loudly, and ignore customer service standards?

It felt like the staff had no interest in maintaining quality or hygiene, especially since we were the only customers at that time. This experience was so disappointing that I’ve decided not to visit KFC again.

Ill-maintained. This restaurant is located in kachiguda beside dmart and very close to kachiguda railway station. It has a good potential for being a good branch of kfc with a good crowd but due to its maintenance it is less crowded and has less visitors. It has no proper parking space. Watchman here annoys you while parking the vehicle. Entering into the restaurant you will feel the heat and humidity. No Ac. Even if you complain, the staff don’t care about your comfort. They are very reluctant, rude and not caring. Food quality is also very bad here. Many of the items listed in the menu are not available here. Really it's a place to avoid if you can. Short on staff (at 10.30pm) slow service no training seems to be given to anyone the guy at the counter seems lost needs to be told 3 times to get the order right. The cook doesn't know the orders he's cooking, hygiene is bad, used tables are cleaned after 20 mins the floor is always wet. The crowd is as bad as the service, people just come for the tissues and using the washroom. Better to avoid this place.
