Pizza Hut | SR Nagar, Hyderabad — Restaurant in Hyderabad

This used to be one of the good Pizza joint in Ameerpet once upon a time. My recent visit has completely changed my perception, starting from cleanliness, the air conditioning of the restaurant, the staff response, the quality of the food, the serving antique etc, every thing has deteriorated. I had to ask the staff 3 times to clean the table which was not cleaned after the previous customers had a food, they did not have proper materials to clean, neither were they bothered to clean even after repeated requests, finally we were forced to change the table. The AC was not working in the restaurant and when contacted the staff, they said the units were not working. Earlier The plates were served warm from the washing unit's at the time of serving the food, but now the plates are kept on the table (don't know how long they were kept open). Earlier the serving staff use to come and serve the food, now they just come and keep the pizza on the table and go.

I hope if the pizza chain wants to compete with the World of Dominos or KFC, they need to improve back the overall quality of offering and improve the...

BAD EXPERIENCE.... had just ordered 2 chicken pizzas medium sized , garlic sticks and cooldrinks. The taste was just average. They don't have items but they display them on the menu. Worst thing was they were saving ketchup's. We were given 2 ketchup packs of 1 ruppe each. That's it...

I told the serving guy about ketchup and he was staying away from me so that I don't ask him again.

When went to the counter asked about more ketchup they upfront said that they don't have anymore packs it's out of stock. How could they say that to a customer. When asked louder they were looking at each other faces.

The order taking guys don't know the options to place order in their system.

Surprised to see a high branded outlet in a busy area functions so cheaply.

Despite the fact that the pizza was excellent, the cashier's rude and rash comments turned us away from returning. He was short in stature, had dark skin, and otherwise appeared to be a man in his mid-thirties. Despite this, the atmosphere was pleasant and the pizzas were quite good. Before our visit, we required some frank reviews that we couldn't locate on Google reviews.

I'm editing my review once more, and this time it's about a member of staff who was rude to me and my friends. He told us not to play uno cards because it was against Pizza Hut policy, and although the establishment was almost empty, we didn't disturb anyone.
