Rolls King — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with food and service. I ordered a Manchurian Roll and a Chicken hot shot Roll, and both were a disaster.

First, I ordered Chicken Manchurian, but they gave me Veg Manchurian. When I pointed it out, they replaced it with “Chicken Manchurian,” but honestly, there was no difference—no chicken pieces, no flavor, just some fried chunks thrown inside a roll. Completely tasteless, with no salt or spices, just served with onion. The quality of the Manchurian was extremely poor.

The Chicken hot shot Roll was even worse the sauce they used was overly tangy and felt old, unhygienic, and possibly expired. The roll itself was undercooked, with raw white patches in the roti. It was disgusting to chew.

The service was equally bad. The person taking orders was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I politely asked to make my roll less spicy, he bluntly said, “We can’t. It will be spicy,” in a very disrespectful tone. Even while I was paying, he continued to speak rudely and refused to explain the menu properly.

Whenever you go they reject potato rollsor panner rolls by saying that it's either not available or only order from Swiggy or zomato.. very bad experience.. paneer roll is available on zomato but...
