Shri Raghavendra Pure Veg — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Bad Experience Today 04 May24 with Raghavendra Kukatpally. I bought Rava Masala Dosa as parcel from Raghavendra Kukatpally opp.-Paradise. While eating we found a bad small and on checking we found bad small was coming from masala which was in dosa. I went to Raghavendra and spoke with a person at the cash counter. He told me that it is because of the hot summer and I as a customer should know and have asked the person to pack dosa and masala separately. I told him that the person who is preparing the dosa should do this and give masala separately and not in dosa in that case. In short, he did not agree, that mistake was from their end, and putting on customer. May be masala was already spoiled and served. They do not ensure the quality is checked and maintained but are allowed to play with someone’s health. Not sure if this is one of the franchises of Sri Raghavendra Hotel 'cause everytime when I visit some of food items wouldn't be available.

The worst thing here is customers and staff using the bathroom but not closing the door, very pungent. Should always ask the staff to get that closed.

Neatness at no level but the crowd will be high in the mornings 'cause of the breakfasts and chai.

Payment mode is UPI and cash, food preparation time is very high even for Sambhar Idly which could hardly takes 2-3 mins but can imagine the time taken for Chinese food items.

We suggest the hotel staff to clean the tables and floor regularly or atleast sanitize. The spoons tumbler with hot water on it is too stinky. I just don't understand the use of hot water when you even don't clean the spoons while washing the...

Had lunch over here and the chapati and parotha both were good in taste. They have very good seating available to sit around and you can enjoy the food eating out there .Also it is well maintained and kept neat and tidy for the customer's seating place. No table service is available and all the items are self service and we need to get them by getting the coupon and can relax and eat at the tables available over there.
