The worst staff i have ever encountered anywhere. I visit this place for takeaway regularly. However, after today i might not visit this place because one of the staff members. I asked her to pack double chocolate brownies which is my regular order and to surprise she added 15rs packaging charge. I politely denied paying that because it was never added before. She then got it in regular serving plate which i was ok with. I had a request to heat the brownies for which she said that they are already heated. While I stepped out, she is explaining the situation to the other customer who is sitting right there and making a fun out of my request. I overheard and asked her for name. She was very rude and said she will not. I told her ill click a picture to complain against her. She ran away from there. There were other arguments also which she made but long story short, it’s an unpleasant experience.

I have no complaints about the taste of the brownies because they are one of the best. But i might not visit or suggest to anyone anymore.

The most frustrating experience. I wanted to place an order for an eggless cake to be delivered 1 day later…. called the bakery. The person on the call said they will ask chef about eggless cake options and call back… no call. I called after some time and the person said chefs are not answering his call. He was kind to call back after some time, only to ask me to order from Zomato or Swiggy!!!

Problems: They don’t have the catalogue of cakes online, so can’t order online No alternative catalogue available to be sent via WhatsApp No discussion about what type of cake I need or whether it can be customised, just asked me to order on Zomato or Swiggy. I needed fresh cake and not something which was already baked and up for sale on Zomato or Swiggy

Anyways I learnt my lesson to never attempt to...

The food was genuinely tasty were well-balanced and the presentation was nice. However, the overall experience was ruined by the poor behavior of one of the staff members, Pasha.(where he is in billing and he said that we are not taking service charge so we will not service any thing…. ) Pasha was rude and inattentive, which made the visit uncomfortable despite the quality of the food. Good service is just as important as good food, and unfortunately, the attitude of the staff made the experience less enjoyable than it could have been. I hope the management looks into improving customer service, as it really affects the restaurant’s reputation And also They are not providing a bill by default; they only give it when...
