I visited with my family for lunch and had a disappointing experience.

Firstly, our table wasn't ready. They hadn't cleaned the water bottle from the previous customers and there was no cutlery. When I asked for cutlery, they randomly picked it from other tables. It was clear they were unprepared.

The food was just okay. I ordered a chicken biryani, but after waiting for 10 minutes, I was informed it wasn't available and was asked to choose something else. I agreed to a substitute.

When the bill arrived, it still listed the chicken biryani, and instead of one water bottle, they charged us for three. When I questioned this, the staff explained that canceling the biryani and ordering another dish would trigger some questions. I don't understand why that would be a problem. When I asked for the bill to be corrected, they said if I didn't want to pay the extra 40 rupees, it was okay.

This response was unacceptable and irresponsible. As a customer, I have every right to question charges, and as service providers, they should be able to explain the bill in detail.

Overall, the service was poor, and the staff's attitude was unhelpful. I would not recommend this restaurant and advise others to stay away unless the owners teach their employees how to treat...

Rooms: first room I got was on 5th floor, it didn't had latch in the bathroom, I asked for another and it was given after 1.5hrs. Again many problems were There new this new room on 3rd floor as well like low light in the bathroom due to some lights not functioning, Intercom not functioning, room stinking probably due to AC, AC was not properly functioning (too cold). Rooms didn't have towels, floor mats, soaps etc.

Service: After multiple follow-ups I got some issues resolved but not all and then I was too tired to follow up. I wanted Wi-fi password they just coudn't help me connect to the internet. Though they were not denying or behaving rudely to my requests, but very few were resolved, not worth 3 star in anyway.

This area is said to be a posh area of Hyderabad and hence probably they don't really care about customer feedback. I am sure they would have gotten this from multiple customers.

Overall not a good experience, one more thing they also have a banquet hall on the 1st/2nd floor and hotel staff also serve there so if you are staying in the hotel and the same time some function is happening BAD Luck, expect delays on your requests (or they would simply...
