Pathetic service The cake I got my sister wedding anniversary was old and was bad in taste They said they will not give tissue paper for cake parcel I mean what the hell I took a sample pastry and it was good but the cake taste was completely different they ruined the moment because of taste I needed I would have given them left and right but what's the use So guys please avoid this bakery as all they have is old and tasteless cakes Just understand I paid extra 60 just to taste the sample and the overall cake was 900 and cake taste was bad and also they said they'll not give tissue paper for parcel items Please avoid and take other bakery It's just a name and all...

Swiss Castle Bakery – Needs Improvement

Visited Swiss Castle Bakery, which is conveniently located near our office. However, the experience was not very impressive. The space felt quite congested, and unfortunately, the staff came across as less friendly, which affected the overall customer experience.

In terms of pricing, the items seemed a bit on the higher side compared to nearby alternatives. The taste was average, and there is definitely room for improvement in both quality and customer service.
