The Golden Cave Restaurant — Restaurant in Hyderabad

This is one of those oldest, Popular Bars in S R Nagar area. Known for its tasty food, ambience and good parking space.

However, waiters in the Bar have become so commercial that they smile, offer service, recommend food, be polite only under the assumption that we pay them hefty tips. Unlike other places customers do not decide how much to tip, the waiter swipes ur card off with the amount he expected from you. This number is decided by one’s appearance, Costly Mobile Phones, business they do, car/bike they use etc…. They get disappointed when we tip them less then their expectations and they start to abuse and stop attending your table.

They discount customers who tip them high and do not encourage others who pay nominal.

For a 4500/- bill, they demanded and took 300/- tip. This is when I realised I should not do this anymore.

For a 3876/- bill, I offered 50/- and they I’ll treated us, by not attending our table and didn’t allow other waiters to serve us food we ordered.

I stay in S R Nagar and have been visiting this place since 2009, played cricket in their parking since 2003. If this is the kind of treatment I get, I am sure new customers or days when you cannot tip, you won’t find respect here.

I am going to the owner, who is pretty close some of my friends local, If they even pay salaries to their staff or if they have given free hand to survive on tips.

Worst service . I recommend not to hit this place if u r new. I am going to rate them everywhere possible until these reach the owners and take strick actions against these lazy, black suited, so called...

This is a bar for the bar lovers. It's stuck in the past and that's a great thing for those who seek nostalgia.

No changes here in last decade and half. The menu is the same, the staff is the same, the ambience is the same but the loyal customer base does keep increasing. Very little changes here and that is a good thing. Yes, it is that Perfect!!!

Don't forget to order the 'Mirchi Bhajji' or the most authentic Hyderabadi Chicken 65. Also, one shouldn't miss the Sambar Rice and Curd Rice here. The Biryani is decent too.

The staff is very courteous and most of them have been working for over a decade. This says a lot about how the management treats their employees.

It is as Hyderabadi as it can get, either you hate it or love it. It has its quirks but thats what adds character to it. The modern day pubs and bars are pleasing to the eye. This place pleases the soul.

This is a very old Bar and restaurant in the ameerpet and sr nagar area. I will call it a bar because I always visited for that and I see all the people almost drinking. Their is a family service area but looks empty all the time. The food is really tasty and the costs are moderate.
