We, a group of 5 friends, had dinner at this restaurant on 2 Nov. We drove from kutkatpally to this place as food taste was good when I had takeaways earlier. It was not crowded when we reached with 4-5 tables occupied. There were 2 couples and their 4-5 kids in one corner table. These kids were running & jumping all across restaurant. Initially we thought they will calm down n go back to their seats but their screaming and shouting kept on increasing and we were barely able to talk due to high noise. We told the guy who took our order that it was creating nuisance to others. He just listened n didn't act. After a while, I called him again n asked to call the manager but still no one turned up. All this while, those kids parents were happily chatting n having good time, without minimum public etiquette, leaving kids to roam n scream freely around other guests tables. We were highly frustrated n wanted to walk out but did not as food order was placed and it was around 11 pm night. After sometime, they finished their dinner n left. We too finished after ten minutes and asked the guy at billing country why no one responded when called. At this time, another guy who looked like site/location manager jumped in n said they told that group about the disturbance kids were creating as other guests too complained but kids parents did not listen or control their kids. Then I told as mangement they should act and should hv refused to take orders from them until they controlled their' kids. To this, manager replied we can't ask them to leave nor throw them out. I understand it's tricky situation but management should take a stance n control the situation as it's creating nuisance to other guests as it's a restaurant n not a children park. Manager, instead of saying sorry for the inconvenience caused, was defending his n staff behavior which I felt was absurd. They should know that just good food alone can't give satisfying dining experience & ambience, attitude of management, cleanliness also counts. Though food served was good, I would give 1 star for their attitude/lack of sensitivity n ruining our overall dining experience. Food-5 stars Management...
Β Β Β Read moreWe visited this restaurant for a colleague's birthday lunch with a group of 10 people β 3 vegetarians and the rest non-vegetarians. Based on our preferences, we placed a mixed order: Paneer Manchurian, Paneer Fried Rice, and Mix Veg Bhimavaram Biryani for the vegetarians, and several non-veg dishes like Chicken Manchurian, Chilli Prawns, Fried Chicken Biryani, Chicken Tikka Biryani, Fish Biryani, and Boneless Mutton Biryani.
At the time of ordering, the staff assured us that the food would be served within 10β15 minutes. However, despite waiting over 35 minutes and asking multiple times, we only began receiving dishes much later. The major issue came when they served Chicken Manchurian to our vegetarian friends, mistakenly telling them it was Paneer Manchurian. Shockingly, they started eating it β only to be informed minutes later that it was actually chicken. This was especially distressing since one of them was a strict Brahmin observing Shravan, making this a deeply upsetting and unacceptable mistake.
To make matters worse, the restaurant appeared severely understaffed. One person seemed to be managing everything β taking orders, handling billing, coordinating with the kitchen, and even serving food.
This experience was extremely disappointing and reflects serious issues in both staff training and management. Such a mistake cannot simply be undone with an apology, especially when it disrespects people's beliefs and dietary...
