Before starting with that, Recently Tales Over Spirits has introduced 89 Menu which is now open to public. They seriously have an amazing Menu for 89 ( Mon - Fri | 12 PM - 6 PM ) Check Out Their Menu. A Must Grab Deal. They serve Appetizers , Mocktail's , Cocktail's , Liquor and many more @ 89 Menu.

What all we have Tried! Beverages :

Cosmopolitan, Mojito, Gimlet ,Martini ; Virgin Mojito, Orange Punch, Water Melon Cooler, Blue Lagoon.

( Orange Punch and Blue Lagoon were so Refreshing from Mocktail's )

Appetizers :

French Fries , Corn Kernels , Paneer 65 , Nacho's , Onion Rings , Paneer Tikka Pizza ; Chicken 65 , Pepper Chicken , Anda ka Funda , Mini chicken Tikka Pizza.

( Paneer 65 , Corn Kernels from Veg & Pepper Chicken , Anda ka Funda , Chicken 65 from Non-Veg were recommended Appetizers from 89 Menu )

Main Course :

When coming to A La Carte The Must Try Are Rajma Chawal ( Ghee Rice ) and Butter Chicken.

Dessert :

A meal Never ends without a Dessert 😅

CheeseCake was simply scrumptious Garnished with Few Mint Leaves and Cherry.

Choco Bomb made me Crazy hot Choco lava cake served along with 2 Scoops of ice cream Garnished with Few Cherries and Few Mint Leaves.

( Desserts and Main Course were not a part of 89 Menu...

Have been to TOS recently on a humid afternoon for a food session and have been positively surprised. This place has outdoor seating as well as indoor. We preferred the outdoor . There's this little table on one corner with a tree by side which suits couples totally.

Starting with Anda ka fanda - tasted good. Crispy Fried egg stuffed with mayo in.

Peri peri chicken tikka, chicken parbal, chilli prawns tasted well with the drinks. Though it was a humid day, drinks kept our cool and starters went along well.

Asian Fish - a must try. Loved it totally be it the spices or texture.

Mutton galauti kebab - wasn't as smooth(melt in mouth) as one would expect. A little too dry for my liking.

Malai Broccoli - a veg dish ,that too broccoli ,stole my heart. It's soft, mild on spice, juicy,soothing dish.

Chicken Tikka pizza - tasted good. The base wasn't totally thin crust nor the regular ones. Toppings were good too. Gangster fries - regular fries topped with cheese and jalapenos. Okayish for me. Chicken wings - loaded with barbeque sauce,wings tasted good.

Uncle ji Mutton combo - steamed rice and mutton curry. The meat was soft and the gravy was creamy. Too good.

Rajma chawal - it's one of their popular dish and it sure stands up to it. Creamy, tasty.

I haven't tried the cocktails but they did seem beautiful, attaching pictures too. From Mocktails I have tried Watermelon COOLER - which was very refreshing with Tangy flavour to the watermelom drink. Mango mint - mint mixed into ( Maaza) mango drink, but it did taste well.

From the desserts, Classic New York cheesecake- love, love it. The airy cheesecake with topping and the crumble makes it wanting for more. Brownie with Icecream - their in house brownies tasted well with the icecream but was a lil dry on it's own.

Service is one part where the place lags a bit. The management has been adviced on the same and am sure, soon some positive action will be...

TOS-TalesOverSpirits a lounge tucked up in the bylanes of Banjarahills is THE PLACE for hangouts over the weekend. Oh, I am sorry, did I just said only weekends? Not Any more with the 89 menu which TOS launched on Aug 7th, you will see the weekend vibes weekdays as well.

Ambience A perfect hangout place that has both indoor seating & tranquil outdoor arrangement that can fit in close to 100-120pax.

*Pricing What can you expect from 89INR Menu? -Well curated Drinks menu with 5 Different Mocktails, 4 different cocktails, 17 different alcoholic drinks each priced@ 89INR ( with a couple of premium ones priced as 150 approx). -6 Non-Veg and 8 Veg quick bites/starters each priced @ 89INR to accompany with drinks. This menu runs between 12PM to 6PM, Mon till Fri.

What I Had? I had tasted almost all the starters over the 89 Menu. My Fav & Recommended will be AndaKaFunda, pepper chicken, Paneer65, OnionRings, Mini Chicken & Paneer Pizzas (Thin Crust). After all, if you are a gang you can taste everything considering the pricing. Apart from 89menu, I would suggest their Rajma chawal with Ghee rice, butter chicken & cheesecake that I have tasted were delightful. The portions sizes are similar to what you see in picture 3.

Any Improvements? Not a big deal in stopping you to choose this place but the management can look into below-stated points that can make the experience much more better. -Bar counter could have looked even more eye-catchy & engaging. -Usage of cheese either the brand or the qty should be checked as within no time it turns little hard which is missing the gooey thing.

Overall a comfortable experience with prompt service and definitely going back personally to make the most of the steal...
