Worst service I have seen in any restaurants till date. On top of that the owner is too arrogant and adamant I took 280rs jain dal bafle special thali take out they even don't know the meaning of Jain food in that parcel they gave me potato vegetable and when I said please increase the quantity of dal and reduce 1 bafla the owner denied me and said if you want take it or take your money back, I said ok then give me my money back so Instantly he took u-turn and said I won't give you your money just take your parcel or leave it . I wanted to buy laddoo only. On Swiggy it is showing Rs 35. I decided to confirm on phone. Their landline connection is very bad, the person who attends the phone has hearing issues. I had to speak very loudly and had to repeat myself multiple times. He said Laddoo is of Rs 20.. when I said it is of Rs 35 on Swiggy, he said let me confirm. He called some other person who said Rs 25. I asked how come it is priced Rs 35 on Swiggy, he was clueless and asked me to check on Zomato. On Zomato they don't have option to buy only Laddoo. Authentic Dal-Bati. One of my best experiences. I visited the place in August 2023. The restaurant is upstairs and a lift is available. The people there are very polite and generous. Actually it was a Saturday when we got there and it was told that Dal Bati is available on Sundays only. But luck was on my side and they had an order of dal bati for some birthday celebration.
