In udaipur we knew only 2 types of Kachori that were Pyaaz ki & Dal ki. But when i visited Indore their shops were selling anywhere from 10 to 20 types or even more varieties of kachori.
Today I will be posting about such a place which sells around 7 to 8 types of kachori along with other items as well. The place is known by Agrawal Kachori Wala & is located in Kothari Market, Indore.
They have a unique way of identifying various varieties by marking dots while cooking the kachori. We tried their
Lehsun Kachori Bhutte ki Kachori
The beauty about these kachori is that the people making it belong to Rajasthan mostly from around udaipur itself. Both the kachoris were crisp & filling was very sufficient.
In lehsun kachori the flavour was very strong & it was a bit high on spice level but was served with chutney so it became balanced. In Bhutte ki Kachori the flavours were a bit sweet but not too high & it was served with a bit of spicy chutney to balance it.
Overall the taste was really good, quantity & quality was good as well. Both were priced at INR 15 respectively. A must have for anybody who loves kachori. Will try their other varieties in my next...

the place is small in Kothari market has limited no of sitting and is always crowded because of its variety and taste.
they have all sorts of kachori, i like alu, pyaz and butte ki kachori and all taste wonderful. there than this i have tried their hot dog and pani puri.
