Barista - C Scheme Jaipur — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

Worst experience! Because of Sharad (who is employee in cafe Barista, C-Scheme, Jaipur). We have waited for at least 20 minutes in the cafe and no one came to take our order, after a reminder the person Shared very rudely replied "come at the counter table to give your order" after this we asked him why didn't you came to take our order. He very sarcastically replied "Company has changed it's policy and we are not allowed to go to customer and take the order, customer has to come to counter table to give his order" after all this we had our meal at the end pastry was left we asked Sharad to pack the pastry so that the food is not wasted from our side and we'll have it after wards or else give it to some one needed but he denied to pack our food his reply was "Can't help you with this, it is not in company's policy to pack the order, after few discussion with him, he gave an envelope and said you can pack in this that's all i can do from my side" His behaviour was very rude. So i ask Barista is this in your policy that your staff member talk with customer very rudely, not to pack the food item, no staff member of Barista will go to customer to take their order instead the customer have to approach to staff member at the counter table and ask the staff member to...

Barista, C-Scheme, impresses with its stunning ambiance, offering a high-end, stylish environment that’s perfect for hosting friends or enjoying a relaxed hangout. The atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect from a place in C-Scheme—beautiful and sophisticated. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end.

The coffee, which is the core of any cafe, was nothing short of terrible. I tried their signature brownie frappe, and it was utterly disappointing—tasting more like a sugary milkshake than a coffee beverage. For a place that brands itself as a "barista," the coffee was a complete failure. It had no depth, no real coffee flavor—just a bland, overly sweet, and watered-down concoction. As a coffee lover, I found it shocking that such a place could serve something so far from what one would expect. It’s hard to believe that even when catering to a large group, they can’t maintain the basic standard of a good cup of coffee. This was a major letdown.

While the food was unexpectedly good, it doesn’t redeem the catastrophic coffee experience. If you’re someone who values coffee, I’d highly advise against visiting—at least until they seriously reconsider their...

The Barista Restaurant, C-Scheme, Jaipur Deny to receive payment through District by Zomato app. Also they was asking payment without giving bill. That's why i have done payment without using District by Zomato app and get loss of booking amount alongwith loss of discount worth 30% on total billing amount. This behaviour of cafe/ Restaurant owner is completely against customer protection and it may cause adverse/ unacceptable effects to consumers pocket. Also it may receive huge loss of reputation of table booking app i.e District by Zomato app and restaurant as well. In this regard, it is intimated that such financial transactions are of significant importance and any adverse behaviour to deny taking bill payment (via District by Zomato app and other apps as well) in such transactions cost huge financial implications and results in huge loss of reputation and trust loss of consumers on such table booking apps and specially with restorant itself.

Therefore, in view of the above, I hereby suggest others to not to visit this place and I am also not going to visit this place anymore.
