Went there with family of 8. Ordered pani puri, jhaal muri, bhel puri, kachori chaat, pijja toast, sabudana khichdi, curd rice, etc. Almost everything was cloyingly sweet. The children's dishes (curd rice and pijja toast) were delayed for more than 20 minutes. Everyone else was eating while the youngest two were made to wait. After the inordinate delay, my daughter's pijja toast was cold. Only the sondal, curd rice and pani puri were good.
Upon complaining, we were told that "we don't have a proper chef" ๐ How on earth does this place have such high reviews?!
Edit: They tried to quietly charge us for a dish that we returned because it was too sweet, but got caught and then removed it from the bill. They also placed water bottles on the table but guess what? They are not merely not complimentary, but they costed a whopping Rs. 420, around 1/10th the total bill!
Edit2: my neice asked for the remaining curd rice to be packed and when we reached home, we were shocked to see that the quantity was less than half that remained on her plate! Who even steals eaten food?! Are they serving it to the next...
