Unpleasant Experience at China Town

Yesterday, my wife and I visited China Town for a meal, as we often do. Due to the Diwali festival, the restaurant was bustling with people. Despite the crowded setting, we managed to find an available table upstairs. However, our excitement was short-lived.

As we settled in, perusing the menu to place our order, a waiter approached us abruptly, insisting we vacate our seats. Shocked by his rudeness, we explained that we had just sat down and were in the process of ordering. Despite our efforts to reason with him, he insisted we give up our table, citing other waiting customers.

This encounter left us not only surprised but also disappointed with the staff's behavior. It's disheartening when a dining experience is marred by such incidents. We believe that every customer deserves respect and courtesy, especially when they are paying patrons.

Unfortunately, the discourteous behavior of the staff overshadowed any positives we might have found in the food or ambiance. Regrettably, we cannot recommend China Town based on this experience. We hope this feedback reaches the management, urging them to address customer service issues to ensure a more enjoyable dining environment...

I recently ordered a manchurian from China town and took away that at home and the dish was just a pack red chillies nothing else I guarantee that no one can eat that without a 5 litres of water bucket.
