Street Bar- Pocket Friendly Bar — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had at Street Bar located in Malviya Nagar. While the ambiance and drinks offered were satisfactory, the overall service fell significantly short of expectations.

One of the prominent issues was the lack of adequate staff. With only one service boy available, the service was severely compromised. This resulted in delayed attention and an overall lack of proper service. It was evident that the workload was overwhelming for a single person to handle efficiently.

Furthermore, the absence of ice with the drinks was quite inconvenient. It was disappointing to note that customers had to repeatedly request ice for each drink ordered. Additionally, the need to prepare the drink oneself, with the waiter merely providing the ingredients, was unexpected. This self-service approach significantly detracted from the overall experience.

Moreover, the absence of whiskey stirrers was an oversight that impacted the quality of the drinks. Customers should not have to resort to using their fingers as a substitute for basic bar tools.

Another concerning aspect was the unavailability of Dineout payment acceptance. This lack of flexibility in payment methods, including denial of discounts or memberships, was disappointing and inconvenient for customers who rely on such services.

Overall, while the establishment has potential, these issues significantly detracted from the overall experience. I hope this feedback will be taken constructively, and necessary improvements will be implemented to enhance customer...

I like not love bcs too much internal personal talking is happening..I ask for single vermouth....they even don't know what vermouth..even the guy who managing this place I requested just single Martin vermouth staff saying you have to take whole bottle to make your negroni ..I ask simple negroni..they don't know negroni recipe that's fine I understand according to unskilled staff. But it's fine...

Well it’s a nice place just discover recently as it’s an old one . U can enjoy and chill with ur friends and drinks 🥃rates is reasonable too with great service and ambience !there namkeen chart is a must try 👍👍..And if u going as couple then there’s is rooftop above this place called MALT DADDY u can go over there and enjoy..hope they follow the same trend in...
