Draught House Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

Before visiting here I use to think CAVA was the worst place in terms of food quality, I was wrong and now this is the worst restaurant/Bar with worse quality in terms of both, the food quality and as well as the the staff attitude and knowledge. Following are some of the reasons why I say it's the worst: (I went here with my friends) During this harsh times of COVID and much worse diseases infecting the population, we didn't see any sanitization or cleanliness required for health reasons. While we were looking into the menu and asked the waiter about what was present in the dishes whose name doesn't tell what's in them. The waiter said there were 5 dishes part of platter but didn't knew anything other than paneer. Waiter was not knowledgeable about the dishes being served in the restraunt. Waiter attitude towards customers was rude. At one time their rudeness made one of my friend to call another waiter and let them know to keep check on their staff attitude. This could be personal to me but I found the overall environment in this place to be kind of dark and dipressing because of the video songs which show nudity, vulgar dance and a lot of swear words in the lyrics. Apart from the songs, the big portraits on the wall with dim lit environment and a lot of waiting after food order enhanced the feeling.

We were so disappointed here that at last during billing when the manager asked how was the food quality and the service, we strait forward said they were worse and if he doesn't believe it than can go can check our table where we have left half of the food we ordered (only the veg food quality was bad, can't say anything about non-veg, I don't eat non-veg and none of my other non-veg eating friends complained about their food). Next thing we did was went home and since I was still hungry, ordered something via swiggy. I will never go here again and definately will not suggest anyone to go either. But I hope they improve on...

So we selected this place as my friend recently got married and I invited him over dinner based on the reviews. Owner Mr. Dhiraj made our Gold experience extremely smooth (we being the non drinkers). We were really happy with the ambience as they have a pub at the basement and rooftop to dine (we selected rooftop). Interiors are extremely good of the pub and in-house offers are also available. Place provides you good photo clicking options to capture memories. We ordered - hi lo blast shake, KitKat shake, Ferraro rochher shake, Oreo shake, veg lasagne and 1 pizza. I would say the taste was extremely good but the service was extremely bad. Shakes were served almost instantly but lasagne took an hour atleast to reach our table after complaining multiple times. We were extremely hungry so we finished it (it was tasty) but still there was no news of pizza. This was quite shocking considering the rating of This place. After 15 minutes, we cancelled the order and left the place. Management explained that there is staff unavailability today, but I told please put that on notice so that others valuable time can be saved. I recently visited draught house and was thoroughly impressed with my experience.

Upon arriving, I was greeted by a friendly and attentive staff member who checked me in and showed me to my table. The atmosphere of the club was lively and upbeat, with a great mix of music playing in the background.

I was particularly impressed with the selection of drinks on the menu. There was a wide variety of cocktails, beers, and wines to choose from, and the bartender was happy to make recommendations based on my preferences. I ended up trying a few different cocktails and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and flavor of each one.

The food was also top-notch. I ordered a few small plates to share with my friends, and everything was delicious. The portions were generous and the prices were very reasonable.
