Choubara is such a delightful vibe. It's located at a very very comfortable spot right in the old city. The food was absolutely light on feels and tasted very homely. Few people in my group including myself are very conscious about the oils and spices in the food we eat, and it was really a sigh of relief to not have to worry about any such issue here. The staff is so so polite, their smile just adds to the whole goodness of the place.

Highly recommended!!! During my time in Jaipur I ate here three times. It's a superb restaurant with a great quiet atmosphere yet located very close to the major attractions in Jaipur- especially the Amber Fort. The menu is varied and has a wide array of choices. It's newly refurbished and there's usually convenient parking in front of ir near the restaurant as it's located behind a hotel on a main road. If you are in Jaipur you can't miss Choubara, as it offers one of the finest food with a smiling service. We tried mutton bhuna, aaloo pyaz ki sabji and garlic naan. All the dishes were perfectly made with right amount of spices and well cooked. It's a very well maintained outlet with neat, clean and hygienic atmosphere, staff is well trained and customer friendly, service is prompt and prices are reasonable in accordance with the quality and quantity served.
