Also known as Maharani Bazaar, you will get the vibe of it straight away when you enter the large hall filled with Rajasthani Cultural products.
They sell the light weight blankets, which some people refer to "Rumali Razai" and it indeed looks like admirable Rajasthali Textile Artwork. They have rugs, bedsheet and sets, Antique Items for family, Rajasthali art infused Sarees and adornments for women such as bangles, GGemstone rings, jewellery, make-up items. For Men, they have the Kurta, Rajasthani shoes and Juttis.
Along the Biling Counter, the Buddhha Sculpture and the Old man working with the threads to create a Wall-sized Carpet shows a perfect testimony against time they work for.
The upside of Maharani Bazaar : Save your time shopping in the local nearby markets. They have covered almost everything. Get a closer look at the Fabric printing at the entrance. Tattoo shop at the entrance. Vegeterian restaurant on roof-top. Free Parking
The downside : Trade-off between time and cost. You can pay high here to save time and visit the beautiful Pink City for the rest of the day OR You can buy in nearby markets at low cost all the day with less time to enjoy in the city. Upto you :) They won't let you bargain on the price and tell you with pride that this is run by a Trust and high price is trademark of their quality. You can buy the exact same quality and quantity products at lesser price from RTDC ( Rajasthali Textile Development Corporation ) which is run by Govt. and no extra charges. There's a margin of 150-300 INR on the cost.
Tips : Do get the Pink Invoices for any item you buy from Maharani Bazaar. Given it's close to Jantar Mantar, City Palace and Hawa Mahal, It should be a must visit place on your list even if you don't...

If you are someone who loves art, culture, and traditional handicrafts, then All Rajasthan Shilp Gram Udyog is a place you must visit 💯✨. This place beautifully showcases the rich heritage of Rajasthan through its wide variety of handicrafts, textiles, and handmade items 🎨🧵.
The first thing you notice when you enter is the vibrant collection – from colorful Rajasthani fabrics, mojris (traditional footwear) 👞, decorative home items, metal works, wooden art pieces 🪵, to jewelry and pottery. Every product reflects the skill and hard work of local artisans ❤️.
The atmosphere here feels authentic and gives you a true taste of Rajasthan’s culture. What I really liked was the reasonable pricing 💰 – the products are not overly expensive, and you can be sure that your money supports local craftsmanship 🙌.
Staff members are polite and helpful 🙂. They explain the details of products and help you pick the right souvenirs. It’s not just a shopping spot, but an experience where you can understand the depth of Rajasthan’s traditional art and design.

Is this is a good place to shop? No.
But, surprisingly, this is listed by the local cab drivers as a TOURIST DESTINATION!! For what? There is hardly anything for a tourist to see...
When our cabbie took us here, the staff at the gate welcomed us saying "Pl come in.. Do not hesitate... There is NO ENTRY FEE!" Even we thought that that this would be a museum... But, it was just another local handicraft shopping centre...
The moment you are in, all the shopkeepers start calling out to you and pitch all the products they have... Ha...ha.. ha... And my cabbie told me it was a TOURIST DESTINATION!
Looked more like a strong network of local businessmen... Photography in local outfit, Mehendi, Brassware, Semi-precious gemstone jewellery..
On our way out, we were thoroughly checked and asked to show receipts of all the purchases made therein... Quite energy sucking!
Once out, I gave a mouthful to my cabbie and scolded him for wasting our time... He mysteriously smiled and said "Muskaraeyae... Aap Jaipur Mein Hain!" (Translated - "Smile please, you are in Jaipur")
Do not personally recommend this shop for any purchases.... Nothing that was worth the purchase or nothing that you would not find in BAPU BAZAR or elsewhere in JAIPUR...
Date of Experience...
