1. would definitely not recommend anybody to opt for this place, PLEASE DONT|2) the owner from this place has no basic service etiquette’s and doesn’t really communicate well.|The staff refused to show us the rooms before check in and demanded that we checked in and pay full price before viewing the rooms. Post check in we realised that the out of the 2 rooms given to us, one of the rooms had 3 beds. We requested to cancel one of the rooms as we were three people and the other room would suffice. What bothered us the most was the fact that they made us pay full price before showing us the room and the owner literally yelled on the call asking us to get out and no refund would be given to us. And then, I don’t really get the logic behind this statement but they claimed that we had to pay double the price to cancel and get the other room. The owner was extremely rude to me on call which majorly pissed me off.|3) the staff was so lazy and didn’t move a muscle to attend to us. The receptionist sat and smoked and didn’t bother checking us in for a while and the moment foreigners arrived, all arrangements were made for them. Such discrimination and it’s sad to see people of our kind aren’t given importance. I remember having a query and waiting in the lobby while everybody were running around to make things smoother for the foreigners. Sad|4) THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF IT ALL IS THAT THE ROOMS ARE SUPER OVERPRICED FOR WHAT THEY PROVIDE. Do check under the carpet and the windows and absolutely everything else, I fell sick instantly as there was so much dust. I cannot even contemplate as to how many years of dust was accumulated under that carpet. It's the worst hotel I have ever come across in my life. Owner is very arrogant and rude of this hotel. He doesn't care of guest coming in hotel. We booked this hotel for 1 night and We have informed them in advance that we would be check in at 12 Pm as per standard time. When we reach there there owner said room will be available in sometime as rooms are not ready and asked us to Co-operate. Due to pick time there was no option to go any other hotel so we gave us a room at 4 pm after 4 hours. Me and my friend informed to owner that we will check out late after 12Pm as we got the check in late. Now next day we went out to explore Jaipur and he called to my friend and said very rudly check out else I'll charge the times. Also he texted threaten. So we went back to hotel and we asked why you were so rude on call then owner started shouting on my friend. Can you imagine he was almost about to beat my friend. He said do whatever you can do. This hotel is not recommended to any traveller as you are little bit late he will beat you and shout on you. The place is good but we had an okayish experience over all. Pros : The location is right in the center of Pink city. The owners were polite and cooperative. Food was available, aunty makes the best tea! The place has a heritage vibe with traditional Rajasthani architecture and the roof top with a breathtaking view of the city. Services were good. Budget- friendly.

Cons : Although the room we got was big, well equipped and spacious ( Room 99 or 100) , it was located after going down a flight of stairs in an enclosed area. We decided to go ahead of with it as part of the heritage experience but the room felt very packed. With no proper ventilation outlet or window for natural light to come in, it felt very claustrophobic . We had to keep the door open to let whatever air we could. Since we visited during the winters, the room being extra warm didn't cause much issue but yes it felt stuffy.

Giving 2 stars because the room issue actually made me claustrophobic and sick for the days that followed. But i think it's overall a nice place, make sure you get good rooms as there were pretty decent ones available towards the top.Adding some pictures that I took...
