Had another disgusting experience here. I ordered my pizza online using the app. And it was raining so they said please come pick it up, we won't be able to deliver it. I, without asking any questions said okay I will. When I reach there, they said I have to pay more money as there is bill due. I tried explaining to them that there have been some mistake bcoz I have already paid through the app. I showed them the payment and in app that there is nothing due. The supervisor himself started having a arguement with me. After the pizzas were cold He said okay take this pizza and asked to write a number in case of any query. And my friend was with me she wrote her number. These guy started calling her and hurled abuses. That pay this money or I m coming to your house. The Supervisor actually misused the data and fetched her details nd threatened her to call her family and file a complaint if she doesn't come and meet her. I have never seen a domino's staff behaving in such a manner. The cashier was girl she called me and was crying that the Supervisor is not letting me leave please pay xyz amount then he will let me go. Like I literally saw women harassment in Domino's workplace. The guy name is Raja Ram. He is the Supervisor. I couldn't believe it like what the hell he is doing to that girl 11pm at night and also harassing my friend by continuous calls to her. I have all the proofs. the call recording, the chat screenshots even though he deleted the chat I was clever enough to take ss of everything. Worst part is I complained to domino's support for helping me and the woman working there. They just said we will take a action against them and no response. Read moreWe ordered pizza and more at Domino's JTM mall, Jaipur. I ordered a pizza according to the booklet price. After ordering I found that they charge me an extra amount for 2 item. I demand to refund my money in my account. They refused to refund the amount in my account. After argument they agree to refund money but in Domino's wallet. I wanted this amount in my bank account. They said that it takes 4-5 working days if you want to receive in bank account. They said if you want the amount immediately, I can transfer this amount in 5-10 min. So I agree to take this amount in my Domino's wallet. But still I didn't get the amount. Now customer care said that it takes 48 hr. Domino's team bluffs with me, they agree to me to transfer this amount in Domino's wallet instead of my bank account. I have all the pictures of the booklet price and receipt. Now it almost 1 months, still I didn't get solution. I raised a query multiple times with Domino's customer care. costom care said that this will be resolved by JTM complex Domino's staff and JTM Domino's staff said that we can't refund your amount. Now JTM Domino's staff start taking to me in rude manners and cut my call.

I ordered through App (Dine-in) approx 15mins before I reached the place. As soon as we entered and got some seats our order was ready (hot &fresh).
I heard people complaining about the taste of the pizzas in this outlet, but it was just the same as all the other outlets or dominos in general, not a bit difference was noted. The pizza being hot tasted better than what it is when delivered to home.
The seating capacity was good enough, can accomodate 15-16 ppl. This outlet unlike others has a dedicated area for handwash with soap dispenser and dryer, it may seem small gesture but helps in better customer satisfaction. Tissues don't completely clean your hand, soap and water is necessary everywhere but seems to be missing.
Some things that can be improved are : Steps to the entrance of the outlet are not good and in rainy season feels slippery.
Proper response staff should be available for customer handling. Like sometimes no one is available at reception and you have to call someone for assisstance.
Outlet size or the seating capacity could have been a little more so that more people could be accommodated on Sunday...
