one of the old names in pure veg restaurants of jaipur. it used to be very nice previously . but in recent years it is falling down in terms of taste of food. and increased price. previously they had good food packs also very convenient for executives etc with combination of parantha/ nan with paneer etc quick bites for all type of pockets with home delivery facility. they have south indian, fast food like chola bhatura etc though they have discontinued burger now.. in winters they serve makke ki roti n sarson ka saag too.. the ambience is simple n sweet. two floors of average size. staff n service is good.. people still do go. popular with jain s etc so often on weekends n prime time there is waiting.. they can still retain the old reputation if only they cd work on the...

7 months ago Heard so much about this place and went there with high expectations. The ambience is below average, .What was a first let down was so exorbitantly high rates of the food. Almost double the price at which one can normally get anywhere else. We ordered food thinking that the quantity and taste might do justice to the high price. But we were shocked to see the quantity of food- so less that it was only for one person, which earlier the waiter claimed to be for two. Then we thought the taste might come to the saving. But we were disappointed there also.Roasted papad is of 60/- rupees for one piece. salad was nor fresh. During the eight days we spent in Jaipur, we ate here twice, and would have returned were it not for the fact that there are just so many good places to eat in this city! On our first visit, we assumed that since the prices were so reasonable (about half of what we paid the day before at Niro’s) that the serving size would be small. Were we in for a shock! We would easily have been satisfied with one meal between us. In fact, this is what we did the following day and we both had plenty to eat. My wife is vegetarian, but I am not.
