As regular customers of Kanha, our recent experience with them truly exemplifies their exceptional service. During our visit to purchase sweets, cookies, and snacks, we came across a new snack called Chilly Lavash that piqued our interest. We added it to our order, but when we checked our purchase a days later, we realized that the Chilly Lavash was missing.

We promptly contacted Kanha to inform them about the missing item, thinking it might have been an oversight. They reviewed their security camera footage, which showed that they had indeed included the Chilly Lavash in our bag, but it hadn't made it to our house. We even checked our car in case it had fallen there, but it was not to be found.

Kanha's staff went the extra mile to investigate further. They reviewed their camera footage from a different angle and discovered that the Chilly Lavash had fallen to the floor and had been added back to their inventory. They immediately reached out to us, expressing their apologies for the inconvenience, even though it wasn't their fault.

What touched us the most was the fact that one of their team members Anil Ji personally came from Kanha to deliver the missing snack, showing their commitment to customer satisfaction. It's not just about the money; it's about the exceptional service and the genuine care they have for their customers. We are truly grateful for their swift resolution and heartfelt response. Kanha has once again proven why we continue to be loyal patrons of their establishment. It used to be one of the best restaurant chains for vegetarian folks of the city. Please pay attention, I have written "used to be". It is not even good now. The C scheme outlet is the one I recently visited with my sister. The staircase and the way to 1st floor was stinking that day. The dining area was okay, didn't smell and moreover, we had limited time thus we decided to stay rather than going to another place, but it was our biggest mistake of that day, as the most pathetic part followed next, the rude and unmannered, uncivilized lady that was on the order and billing counter at the first floor. Probably, her olfactory senses became so comfortable with the stinking smell of the restaurant that she didn't like perfume's fragrance and as soon as I got closer to the counter for the order, she literally behaved like an insane. As a foreigner visiting from the States, I have never felt so welcomed to a establishment in Jaipur such as Kanha, we were introduced to the delectable sweets on the ground floor, while the usher by the stairway directed us to the second floor.

The 2nd floor was the dining area where you order at the counter and hand your receipt to the kitchen island. For someone who really cares about hygenics, this place was spotless. The kitchen was well kempt, while the cooks wore hair caps and gloves, emphasizing serious commitment to clean food.

The food was just stellar. I've had north Indian food on occasion but this place seems to do everything exceptionally. The chole bhature was spicy and melted in your mouth! The bhelpure was nice and crunchy. The star of the show was of course, the Raj Kachori which looked and tasted fantastic!

We then finished off with some mango ras mali and that was also exceptional. I'm definitely going to come back here again!
