I had a very bad experience at this restaurant during my family tour from 12th to 18th October 2025. We visited the restaurant on 18th October 2025, but the service was extremely poor. After we were seated, no one attended to us for around 15 minutes. When the waiter finally came, we placed an order for three dishes. Out of the three, only two were brought and kept on the table without being served, and the waiter walked away without saying anything.
We finished the two dishes and waited for the third one, but no one came even after another 10–15 minutes. When we informed the floor manager, he checked with the waiter, who was not there on the floor. The manager told us to wait for some more time, but we had already waited much time. We were waiting so long that our hands were completely dry by then, Despite all the discussion, even at the time of billing, he did not come . Another waiter attended us to clear the bill.
During our tour, we visited almost 8 to 10 hotels and restaurants in Jaipur, Jaisalmer, and Udaipur — but this was by far the worst experience. You order any Vegetable you will get the same curry. The staff Mr. Jayveer will convince you with full confidence as he is only preparing.
This is our second bad experience with Tan Sukh Vaishali Nagar Jaipur. And I would like to highlight my review in social media.
The staff served already cooked food in a decorated way. There was a long delay in reaching food to your table.
Inspite our conversation with Tan Sukh staff over the phone, they were only insisting that their is no fault from their side. This behaviour is not acceptable from the Restaurant staff.
Even if it is a takeaway please ensure, open and check before making the payment. This time it was my wrong decision in placing order with Tan Sukh which is actually not a sukhi one.
