KafeVille — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

Worst experience in LUX.. Never had such bad experience in any other lounge or cafe or club in jaipur.. First we had booked seats in the roof top but manager said to wait for half an hour to one hour and even he was not letting us to visit the roof top, is this the way to treat with your guest, then when we manage somehow through other staff to visit roof top and got the table but then same manager came and said why are you sitting at this table, this I have booked for someone else, then we mentioned that othet staff has provided us, but he said that why u went to other staff without asking me, now wevas a guest needs permission from your manager to speak to your staff.. How rudely he was speaking to us... May be your club is top knotch but hospitality is worst, we are not eating at your place free of cost.. We are paying you full bill... And no where in instagram or facebook or sms promotions you are not mentioning that above 40 age people are not allowed, since in whole jpr city you only have this condition which we are not aware of.. So please make it note loud and clear, cz of that my mother in law could nt get entry in your club... So please mention your dos and donts clearly if you have something specific cz it can spoil some family's...

Fantastic cafe- the place seems to be new but is really nice and provides really good service. The atmosphere of the place is really nice too, almost fully based on the city of Jaipur. The use of great colours give the place a vibe and make a great spot to visit with friends and enjoy the food. The coffee is nice too. It's amazing how good this place was. Almost like you cannot find any negative point, however I found one thing that made me a little less excited for the place and I wish the cafe would improve on this- their washroom. It might not be a very affecting point for some but for me it may have led me to give it one less star. I felt the place was really nice so ignoring the fact the washroom was not up to the mark and seemed like a public washroom, I gave the place a good 5 star and would recommend the place to anyone and everyone.

Again, the only suggestion for the cafe is that they renovate their washroom and in the area of hygiene....

Beautiful and elegant space, they have both Indoor, outdoor and rooftop seating. Rooftop outdoor seating is well arranged with proper care being given to air conditioning with the help of most coolers. The crowd here was also decent and classic , mainly youth especially after 10pm. Live music was available here and it added more energy to the aura. Food was decent though we found some taste issues in hummus of falafal Pita bread. We also tried veg platters and four cheese pizza and it was delicious, we had mango chiller, strawberry iced tea and pinacolada in drink and it was amazing. Service was five star and we were served by Mr Rajesh, a special thanks for him. You and also prebook for small parties and meeting for which you need to contact the manager. And also dine in bookings are available. And it will be recommended for prior booking on weekends as it is usually crowded on weekend evenings. All over a very nice fun experience, would...
