Read moreSo I was waiting to write this review, I'm a kind of person who loves to travel alone and explore new cities, I have stayed in many hotels in Jaipur and the Experience in this hotel was pathetic will start with the Chek-in At Chek -in they told me to wait which was fine I planned to Wait in reasturant and to munch something I asked the lady server what is available she told me to go another reasturant which was outside of the Hotel that is more good , still I decided to have something light I ordered chai and Cheese garlic toast which was Not so good there were no sugar in Chai and didn't offered by anyone till asked for it , then the receptionist called me to collect key from reception I took and started my journey towards my room I opened room and it was fine in terms of ambience hence the bed sheet and mattress was having stain on it washroom taps were not in a good connection, then I called to Front desk for wifi password she told me to wait and she will call me back and this happend for 3 times but till my entire stay I didn't got WiFi password, then as I wanted to order something from reasturant the phone of reasturant was not working which no one has informed about I tried calling for almost 5 times then I called front desk to connect me to reasturant the guy said he'll call me back which same he didn't then I decided to order directly to reasturant and I went there and order 1 combo and 2 different options from the menu , but when he brought food he charged me individually for Combo option as well and when I asked for it he said it's individual full portion which is really very irresponsible what else can I write I'm very disappointed will not recommend to anyone else

There were other guests who were also scolding manager for poorly managed breakfast buffet Dinner buffet includes only 5 items in Menu (Salad, 2 vegetables, Rice n Dal, Dessert). No Non veg will b provided unless you ask (that too very firmly) To add on that, manager was asking us to pay for mineral water bottle which we had not bought from them
I just went through online reviews for them, it seems they are repeatedly doing same things n not improving/ trying to improve themselves
