Old Take Away The Kabab Shop — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

I felt disappointed due to unprofessional behavior. On June 15th, 2024, I visited the Old Takeaway restaurant in Jaipur with my family during a weekend trip. I was excited to try Laal Maans, a local specialty.

Upon ordering Laal Maans from their menu, I received Mutton Rogan Josh instead. As an enthusiastic non-vegetarian familiar with various mutton and chicken dishes, I promptly informed them of the mix-up. Unfortunately, they insisted that the dish served was indeed Laal Maans, instead of acknowledging the error and offering a replacement or alternative.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the appalling experience my family and I had at your restaurant .Upon entering, I politely informed the staff at the counter that we were a family and wished to be seated inside. The person attending to us acknowledged this request courteously. However, once we were seated and settled, a member of your staff approached our table and began shouting at me, demanding that I leave the premises immediately.This humiliating incident occurred in front of my in-laws, causing immense embarrassment and discomfort. One of the best place to eat non-veg food in jaipur, as you enter this place you can smell the aroma of the amazing food being cooked right in front of you and they have good variety of items to choose from and the taste and quality of the food is amazing.everytime you go there this place is packed with customers and sometimes you have to wait for the table.
