We had a highly disappointing dining experience here. To begin with, the items we initially ordered — white chicken gravy and roomali roti — were not available. So we had to make alternate choices, which unfortunately made the situation worse.

For starters, we ordered chicken malai tikka, but the staff kept insisting we try some Punjabi-style dish instead. Despite their push, we stuck to our original choice, which turned out to be a mistake. The malai tikka had barely any cream, the texture was overly sticky, and the chicken wasn’t properly cooked. Out of four pieces, we could barely eat even one.

The AC was also not working, so we had to shift our table to a corner near the cooler just to stay comfortable — which also wasn’t ideal.

Since the white chicken gravy wasn’t available, we went with their recommendation: chicken korma. But that too was underwhelming. It tasted like they had used the same undercooked chicken from the malai tikka and just tossed it into a different gravy. The khameeri roti they suggested in place of roomali roti wasn’t good either — too dense and not soft.

At the end, we ordered one tandoori roti, which was the only tolerable part of the meal.

Overall, the food quality, service pressure, and environment completely ruined the dining vibe — especially since I was out with my wife for a nice evening. Not...

This venue boasts a diverse menu, and my experience was delightful. The Chicken Burra starter was a tasty introduction. Handi Chicken in the main course had a distinctive achari flavor, paired with Mutton Nihari and khamiri roti, it made for a satisfying meal.

Pro tip: Preorder your rotis, especially during peak times, and don't fret—they stay warm and soft, a perfect complement to the scrumptious dishes.

The staff's hospitality added a warm touch to the dining experience, making it even more enjoyable.

Visit 2 : We went back to try their famous sultani raan, but the service let us down. The AC wasn’t working, and the staff blamed it on not being serviced.

They promised the raan would be ready soon and convinced us to try their Chicken Burra as a starter, but it arrived cold and unsatisfying.

Despite repeated inquiries, the raan took over half an hour to even be acknowledged, let alone prepared. Eventually, we left disappointed and unsure if we’ll give them...

I wish there was a 0 star option. Had a very bad experience with them. We landed there at the last hour and ordered some Paneer dish with Tandoori Rotis. I'm hardcore vegetarian, while eating I found a chicken bone in the paneer. We were travelling whole day and was quite tired and hungry. So, decided not to leave the place as they offered us some other dish replacing the paneer. While we were paying and complained again about the same. They blamed us why did you stay if you didn't like it you should have left and bla bla... The attitude they have shown us after doing such a big mistake was a disappointment for us. In fact, they were not ready to give any discount, showed attitude instead. The staff and manager was quite arrogant, no respect for the customers.

That's the way they treat their customers. All the Vegetarians please don't...
