OTB On The Bar BQ — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

This is a nice place with good ambience ,food is also great .there are number of selections in starters,main course and desert .but the staff was not responsive and bit of a pale experience with the person who was serving us. lets take this step by step- 1)we had booked table before hand and when we reached the venue there was no reservations on the given persons name(although they alotted a table with not much of a delay) 2)after sitting us down there was no proper cutlery set provided (despite requesting)and which should be prepared before telling us to take the seats. 3)then comes the starters,first of all (a little praise) The dishes in the starters were nice but the amount of time they took to get the following rounds of starters was very disappointing as a customer and they took min of 10 min to serve the next round (everything was going ok but not fine). then they served another round of "fish tikka" which we had ordered long time ago(felt like a year btw) was raw and was not properly cooked.we brought this to his(the person serving us) notice.but nothing from his side. 4)now we ordered him to bring tangri(chicken leg piece dish),and he acted like it was falling on his deaf ears,and just giving us the false assurances that it will arrive soon and for the next 30 mins and then time was 10 min past 4 and he tells the starters counter is closed. so whose fault is this..? we ordered our food before your time limit but again no answer from their side. 5)moving on to main course there are a lot of selections for both veg n non veg but by the time we went for main course everything was closing up and cold so we had whatever was left (making good of whats left) 6)now desserts had some great choices from pastries to gulab jamun and jalebies n much more.I would say dessert was good(no complaints here) so now you judge on above points but i would like to say for me cons weigh more than pro for me.so over all summing up this clearly shows lack of awareness on the OTB team and their is definetly a management...

Situated in Malviya Nagar in the neighbourhood of Gaurav Tower. Ambience -4.5/5

It's a similar place like famous food chain Barbeque Nation with an extra added feature that is beer & cocktails. The place gives a good impression by it's ambience because interior is beautifully decorated with lush green plants & has spacious seating arrangements both indoor & outdoor and it is one of the biggest in Jaipur. Along with that it has a very calm and relaxing environment. This place is always filled with happy faces and energized youth.

Food & Beverages - 3/5

There is a huge variety of food available from buffet to a-la-carte. Whenever i visit this place i order Buffet always. Buffet quality is not upto the mark because some dishes are really very delicious and some are not. One thing i like the most is starters and desserts.

Starters- crsipy corn, dahi patashi , pasta, mushroom , pineapple

Desserts- brownie, icecream , pudding, and fruit custard is the best.

Suggestion for food improvement-

But overall buffet is not worth according to the prices. So my suggestion to the restraunt would be to improve their buffet quality and add some new items.

Along with buffet we ordered tuborg beer tower and it was good.

Staff - 4.5/5

One thing i want to especially mention is their staff. They have very courteous and humble staff persons which are always at your ease. So you need not to wait for ordering. Kudos to service and hospitality.

Overall it's a good place to hangout with friends or family. So I'll recommend this place to anyone who expects to have a good evening with music, drinks, foods and...

I am writing this feedback to convey my disappointment towards the "OTB",the venue I delightfully chose for my twins first birthday on 2nd June'22.

One should restraint themselves from choosing this place for some occasion if they do not want their day to be spoilt.

It's basic shortcoming is on the supply part.I paid for the buffet but none of my guests could even taste momos, which were already over by the time we could even think of. This is a case of sheer negligence on the restaurant's behalf, as they can not simply say that they are short of supply, when they have charged for something.

Second,I got my cake which costed me 4600/- . It being a bulky cake, could only be assembled at the venue.By the time I asked for the cake to be presented, its topper was already misplaced by the restaurant staff and excuse given was even lame, that some random kids took the topper from restaurant's kitchen counter. First birthdays are important and their cakes are an emotion.I was heartbroken because of this act.

Third, the manager is badly rude unapologetic about his act.

Customer atleast expects some basic courtesy from the service provider (here the restaurant and their owners). My overall experience defers me from refering the restaurant for parties...
