Pizza city — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

I had booked Pizza City's party hall for my son's birthday party on Dec. 14. The charges were Rs. 350 per head with Decoration and Rs. 300 pax with less decoration. Two days back they had told me they would charge Rs. 250 pax for 20 guests. But when I went to book the place, they increased the rate to Rs. 350. The real ordeal started when we reached there. One, lift was not working. So all the guests including elderly people had to climb three floors. Two, housekeeping was in bad shape. Floors, furniture and dustbins were not clean. Three, music system was not working properly. Four, quality of service was HORRIBLE. Just one person for serving 22 guests. Their only interest is to push down their horrible cold salads down the clients' throats. We kept waiting for the hot meals - chowmein, pasta, pizza and garlic bread. In fact by the time they started serving pizza, the kids had already started to leave. And they served cold drink and dessert at the end when more than 50 % of the guests had left. I think it's their intentional tactic... to delay the service so much that people eat either only the cold salad or leave without eating. Despite this huge lacuna in service, the guy was not ready to give any discount. All we got was Rs. 100 off for this shoddy service. No discount for kids, and no compensation for the poor and delayed service. And the harassing manner in which the manager Mr. Pratap Singh spoke. But, we are educated people and we use fair means only. But Mr. Pratap was not ready to accept the lapse in service. In one word, Pizza City is a No-No. Don't go there. I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience at Pizza City compels me to warn others. Simply put, this is one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time.

Atmosphere: The moment you step in, you’re hit with a wave of heat and humidity. There seems to be no proper ventilation or air conditioning. It’s extremely uncomfortable and far from what you’d expect in a restaurant.

Service: The service was appalling. The staff appeared disinterested, slow, and untrained. We had to ask multiple times just to get water. Orders took forever, and no one seemed bothered to check on our table.

Food: By the time the food arrived (after a very long wait), it was cold and bland. The pizza was soggy, lacked flavor, and definitely didn’t justify the price.

Overall: Pizza City is not worth your time or money. With so many better options around, I’d strongly suggest avoiding this place unless drastic improvements are made in both service and...

Visited Pizza City today and honestly, it was quite a disappointing experience. The staff’s behavior really stood out, and not in a good way. The waiter serving us pizza started arguing with us even though we hadn’t said a single word to him, which felt very strange and unprofessional. Staff behavior definitely needs a lot of improvement here.

Coming to the food, many of the starters were just average. We tried their virgin mojito too & it was more like nimbu masala soda. And the PIZZAS - I'll rate 2/5 ! However, I would say the chili momos and honey chili potato were good and enjoyable. The spoons and forks were not cleaned properly and we had to use our hands for eating noodles !
