Excellent, old and famous shop for easily affordable snacks and street food. Aloo Tikki and Dahi Vada are just mouthwatering with proper balance of all the ingredients in them. The cost of Aloo Tikki is Rs 60 per plate and the cost of Dahi Vada is Rs 60 per plate. The size of Tikki is really good with delicious chutney and chole. Dahi is good too. The owner leads from the front and does all the required work himself including making, serving, packing and cash counter. A fan is there. The raw materials and the required dishes made of plastic are kept on many shelves. UPI and cash are accepted. A few customers are always there. The indoors are well designed and clean. Sharma Chaat was located very close to our homestay and we decided to try it out. Lucky for us the chaat here was delicious. They only serve two items which is the dahi vada and the aloo tikki chaat but both are amazing. First we tried the dahi vada which was soft and bathed in cold dahi with the appropriate amount of masalas. But my absolute favourite is the aloo tikki. Located in Johari Bazaar, serving Aloo Tikki for last 2-3 Decades, they simply serve the best Aloo Tikki across Jaipur. Super crispy and tasty. People who have visited Sharma Chat corner visit repeatedly just for it. They are very famous in the old city for their Aloo tikki. Their Dahi Vada/Bhalla is also worth tasting.
