Cafe K, why do I like this place. Well, it is a quiet oasis in the craziness of Johri Bazar. They have some good food that I have tries. Their maggie is really good, and their chai is good. Coffee, not so much, but still drinkable. What I donโ€™t like is that they serve most things in plastic. Given the recent recognition of plastic as a problem in India I would like Cafe K to follow the no-plastic movement. Iโ€™m also appalled when I get coffee in a one-time use plastic...

Very cute cafe with a beach-like feel in the middle of the crowded Johari Bazaar. If you need a rest from the relentless commotion and heat on the streets, come in to the air coditioned cafe for a fresh lime soda and some snacks. They have sandwiches, pizza, fresh fruit pulp kulfi all at VERY REASONABLE prices- I didnโ€™t see anything over 99 rupees! Great atmosphere and...

Avoid at all costs! Food is acceptable, but they treat their customers like idiots. It's probably just because we're foreigners, but they didn't even bother calculating what we should pay - they just threw a much higher number at us and then looked angry when we pointed out that it was far more than the prices...
