Read moreYou see the advertisement of Venus everywhere when u visit city palace hotel. It is easily reachable walking on foot for 5-10mins although autos will tell you it is very far.
Seating is a bit cramped. They will suggest the special Rajasthani thali for 400rs and say that it is not shareable. One thali is very big enough for one person. If you are a group for 4, ask nicely and they will agree for 3 thalis which will be more than enough. The staff is nice although food delivery was very very long. The taste was good but the Desi ghee bati in dal bati churma was very hard (the lady insisted that it is supposed to be like that but since I lived in jaipur for 5yrs i know that's not true but I was too hungry to argue). The churma was tasty and so was the rest of food.
A nice find, will fill ur belly cheaply.
Price for 4: 1200. Could barely move after that. I suggest you walk back to city palace after that and u will feel much better. Keep ur vehicle parked at City palace and go out and shop in...

Secondly the taste oh my god its so pathetic, tasteless, gate ki sabji in sweet gravy, dal bati churma so bad like everything was super taste less....part from that we wait there for 20 mins just because of me i wasted evrryones time.and paying 299 for per thali for each person which was not finished by anyone so not worth of having it unlimited. Totally waste of...
