Yesterday, At 10:16 pm, I Ordered Two Pizzas (Cheese and Corn - WHEAT THIN CRUST BASE) to Chintamani which is about 5 minutes max. Distance from this outlet - After Ordering the Pizza Arrived at 11:05 with Cold Pizzas, of which cheese was very thick... Mr. Rajender has came to Deliver the Pizza. So, I Returned the Pizza and Said him to Bake New Pizzas OR Cancel the Order but the BLACK TRUTH is, What they Did, They did Re-hot the Same Pizzas and Delivered to me. Unhone Same Pizzas ko Dobara Garam Karke.. Mujhe Laake De diya After another 25 Minutes.. Is this Legit?
Aap Log Sabko Bewacuuf Nahi Bana Sakte.. At Delhi, We Order Pizza at Dominos Approx. Daily but We didn't received Re-Hot Second Delivery Pizza and 1 Hour Delay for 5 Min. Distance Delivery at Delhi Neither We had this kind of Experience with Dominos, Very Bad.
The Delivery Boy (Mr. Rajinder) Said.. "There are very few staffs and I am Making the Pizza and i am delivering as well", So... Owners of Dominos Is this Fair? Read moreI recently visited a Domino's location@ katara , and I must say, the experience left much to be desired.
Firstly, the overall setup felt very ad-hoc and unprofessional. The air conditioning unit was leaking, and there were buckets placed around to catch the dripping water. This not only looked bad but also created an unpleasant atmosphere for diners. The constant dripping sound and the sight of water-filled buckets are certainly not what one expects when dining out.
Additionally, the parking situation was quite frustrating. Despite paying a fee for car parking, there were no tickets provided to confirm the payment. This lack of organization and transparency made the parking fee seem unjustified and not worth the cost.
Overall, the experience was far from satisfactory, and I hope Domino's addresses these issues promptly to improve the customer experience. Was looking for water, informed the staff twice , however seems Domino's has certain policies to make...

The standards, the service, cleanliness , everything basically needed a lot of improvement! The staff was there but they seemed really new, I saw one of the ladies scratching heads in the dough show area. There wasn't anyone in the POS area to take orders. I was served a cold pizza and on complaining they just flashed the same in the oven for a few seconds and served it back. It was all dry when we had it. Also, we were sitting right in front of the order receiving region and our pizza was kept unattended for over 10minutes there... On asking where's our pizza a few times... They picked that pizza , saw that it's our and handed it to us! This was 10th November in the afternoon to be precise. The management really needs to take...
