HOUSE OF CUISINES — Restaurant in Jammu and Kashmir

I, along with my friend, visit this restaurant twice a week. The food here is undoubtedly very good, but the staff’s behavior is extremely disappointing.

Since I started coming here, I have noticed one particular waiter (most likely the head waiter – I am not sure of his name, but he has big mustaches). His behavior is consistently rude and ill-mannered.

Today’s incident was very unpleasant. My friend and I chose to sit in a specific seating area. The waiter immediately told us that the space is meant only for serving Wazwan, as if we were not allowed to sit there just to have normal food.His tone made it feel like he was deliberately insulting us. Out of respect, we quietly shifted to a normal table.

But the matter did not end there. When we sat at the normal table, he instructed his junior staff not to seat us there either, saying that the table was reserved only for families. Such behavior towards regular customers is unacceptable.

My sincere advice to everyone is: do not visit this restaurant until the staff’s attitude improves. Special note – the staff member responsible for this behavior is the mustache-bearing waiter/head.

Good food alone cannot make up for poor treatment...

One of Worst Resturant I have ever Visited in Jammu Weather it is about Hygiene , Sanitary Condition, Staff Or Food Quality I will always rate it With One Star. Poor Quality Food :: Weather you order RaRa chicken Afghani chicken or chilly chicken they will always serve you boiled chicken with different tadka and not upto standard. Unsanitary condition :: I also have experienced Unsanitary condition there during summer season file were hovering over the food and when we complaint about this they told us to change your seat after changing seats again flies were hovering over food. Unhygienic Food And ill- mannared waiter :: During My last visit at this restaurant I ordered chicken and they served it in a bowl of olive mixed with onion and when I took a bite of onion it smells like rotten onion and when I complaint about it with waiter he says I had served these onion to others also none of them complaint about onions these onion are fresh you are mad . Then I simply ask him just took one bite of onion I front of me and say how fresh onion taste he just denied and runout from there .

In simple words don't waste your money on this type...
