I even doubted whether it was real KFC or a copy 😂
I have tasted KFC from different states and countries, and I trust there is a minimum standard of taste and quality for the items served there.
But after having the dinner here, I lost faith in KFC. It was a pathetic experience I had on March 12, 2024.
I ordered some bucket chicken with a mix of spicy and normal.
The chicken had no taste and felt overcooked and dry.
Spicy chicken also had the same smoky smell, and we didn't eat it after trying one piece.
The fries were overcooked. My 3-year-old son usually eats French fries from everywhere, and even he didn't like this one. It was overcooked and had a smoky smell.
I went and tried to speak with one of the staff members in the shop; I don't exactly remember his name (Surinder, I think), He didn't even show the respect to listen to the genuine review, and he started arguing that they are providing the best chicken in the city and they are following the same process as all the KFCs in the world.
The behavior was so disrespectful, and we left KFC after 5 minutes of useless arguments.

3 days ago i went to your M. A Road newly opened frenchise KFC. The food was straight out bad not the kfc i used to have. So anyways decided give this another try and went back yesterday so i ordered chicken striped with extra dips and classic zinger burger. Due to current situation we had to take away as dine is not an option. So took my order headed out. That said, the chicken seemed pre-cooked rather than freshly made, which is not what you’d expect when paying extra for KFC quality. The restaurant was completely empty on 15th August, so there was no rush that might have affected the preparation. Fresh food, made exactly as ordered, should be a basic standard regardless of how busy it is.
Later, after my complaint, the team did a great job in resolving the issue. This is why giving proper and genuine feedback is important — it helps maintain quality and improve the customer experience.
