Very bad service. I must say they need to have a proper service culture maintained. I ordered a pizza with a coke, when the delivery boy arrived guess what he forgot to get the coke. I was very much disappointed. He said I am sorry sir, I will get it next time, next time???? Cant u just go back and get it. My bill included pizza plus coke, and what he chooses to do is just rush away on his scooty rather getting a coke from a nearby store. Later, I called for the complaint about what happened, the person assures to get the coke and guess what??, he was bluffing, he didn't get the coke.

One thing I would like suggest with regards to training and development would be to properly train you staff before they could face the real world. This is Kashmir, people are too particular about things here, you should keep this in mind. Just opening up a pizza outlet is not all, be prepared for providing the best service and serving customers. You need to learn alot still. Please work on it and my coke is still pending. Bad Service, it is the second time the delivery boy forgot to get the coke even after promising to get the pending coke nxt time. There is no scope of belief of providing a good customer service.
