Disappointing experience at Kohinoor Restaurant I visited Kohinoor Restaurant today for their buffet after making a prior table booking, but the experience was quite disappointing. There were very limited options for non-vegetarian dishes, which was not what we were expecting. The chicken dishes were cold, and one item appeared to be popcorn chicken simply mixed with chili chicken sauce and served as chili chicken which felt misleading.

Most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. The naan and rice were both cold and difficult to eat. Service was also very slow, even though there weren’t many customers at the time. The staff didn’t seem attentive or responsive, which added to the frustration. All my family members not even had their dinner So poorly managed. Spoiled my day and my family’s dinner out.Disappointed!

Overall, it was not a pleasant dining experience, especially for a buffet that was supposed to offer variety and quality. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both the food quality...

We were lodging in a nearby Inn and wanted to try some local food. We went there for two days. Day one was good and the food was good. The next day when we went for dinner, we were given a "SEPARATE MENU" from the rest of the guests with original prices slashed and "HIKED" and we could easily make out as we have been there a day before. On being asked to the staff, they said the prices are hiked. But as I looked at other tables, everyone had a menu with the original prices. On being told to clarify, they went back and gave us the normal menu back this time. This is totally unacceptable, I felt they were clearly trying to cheat us. When I had asked the first time about hiked prices they shouldn't have told me the prices were hiked. Something was clearly fishy.

New Review:- The preparation has deteriorated over the time. I used to enjoy this place as you can see in my older comment, but now my last 2 visits were horrible. The staff is not dedicated to customer service, the VEEBA chutneys placed on counter were expired and when I asked to replace no body paid any heed. The non-veg buffet costs around 600/head. I am in no mood to return there in near future unless I hear a good review from my known.
