Mahatta Diner Cafe — Restaurant in Jammu and Kashmir

I went to the cafe yesterday ordered Double cheese Margirita Pizza and Sprite cold drink which is around ₹30 on the bottle and when the bill arrived it was ₹47 for the same,i asked them first thought it was a mistake but the person on the counter said "it is like that here"! They have added CGST AND SGST to the bill which i did pay.This behaviour by such owners is so normalised that they feel free to loot innocent and hardworking people of their money.They show no accountability and for sure not afraid of any authority whatsoever.Theives!

Gave 5 star rating so it will appear on top and people get aware and bycott...

An impromptu visit on our last day in Srinagar ont he way to the Airport in April 2017! This was the cherry on our cake of our trip to Kashmir! Lovely and pleasant surprise to find the intriguing art gallery , get lost in time! The cafe food was a blessing and the owners were a delight to chat up! It is located centrally in capital Srinagar. I have been visiting this restaurant to have Chola Puri and tea. This is a place visited by locals as well as visiting tourists. But this time the quality of Chola Puri was not upto the mark and I had to complain to the owner. I hope they will ensure quality is maintained to not disappoint visitors.
