It is not welcoming at all. U enter and find strange looks like who called you here. I bet no one will even ask you even if you go back after entering.
The tables are limited n in absence of any sense are up for grabs whoever can take it shamelessly. You might be waiting for ur turn politely in waiting area but keep waiting, there is no system of sequencing the waiting people. Guests often end up in conflict over tables as some one who just came will occupy ur eyed table. The staff is neither trained for this nor bothered.
Once somehow you end up achieving a table, now there is another struggle of finding some one to take ur order. So limited is the staff in number that if you don't shout( literally) you may be sitting whole night without being asked for reason.
The Service is soo SLOW.... you can finish a GOT episode before it arrives....Obvious with few staff. I recommend do not order in pieces....Order in one go!
The final feeling after u r done is that Why I was here for God sake ? Some dishes were good though. But experience was not good.
The Owner Mr.Tyagi is a Jolly man. I wish good luck for his venture. Perhaps with some good simple mangement skills a better Experience could have been delivered.

Wouldn't recommend family members to come have dinner due to ill mannered restaurant owner behavior.. Keep defending your restaurant respect and dignity... Aap k liye customer se bas paise jaruri hai.. I am happy that this instance have happened otherwise it could have being blunder if I had booked small celebration or occasion... Peace out i have no intention to come to your restaurant in future and forever.. If you cannot respect customer feedback and blaming me instead for rude behavior. Lets be honest here it doesn't matter to me paying Rs 1500 for your service and food. You might be running restaurant for years and experience in this area but definitely you lack one thing ie Customer relationship your ego killed your mood and you lifted us in middle of finishing dinner.
