Hence the excitement of Posting my FIRST EVER Review of an eating joint on Zomato; (Though I have reviewed thousands of places on Google Map, Humbly being a Google Guide, This is my FIRST EVER ZOMATO REVIEW, Inspired Only by Healthy Chef)
The food ordered from Healthy Chef came as a huge relief, on opening the First Order Packing, as not only are the food items and dishes healthy to eat ( as mentioned in terms of Calories and further display of Proteins, Carbs and Fat) they also are lip-smacking and fulfilling.
Without getting into the details of how much weight one can lose or gain (Since it again depends on person to person) I can reliabely comment that One tends to gain knowledge a bit on what kind of Nutrition one is consuming, merely looking at the Menu.
Keeping aside Losing/gaining weight, The Food is a Must try.... As a Full Meal ( ☑One dish is good enough for One Normal Adult)

Recently, I visited this outlet located in Janakpuri, which is especially exclusive for health conscious people. They serve healthy items with high protein in them. I loved the concept of the restaurant and is a must visit place if you love to enhance your taste buds along with completing your daily protein intake. The ambience was amazing. The owner was friendly. Also, the management was polite. The service was on top. The menu has plethora of options. I tried the following items: Chocolate peanut butter smoothie Mix berry twist smoothie Peri peri chicken sandwich Chicken satey Chocolate protein bar Watermelon juice Fruit parfait The drinks were refreshing and flavourful. I was able to complete my daily protein intake. Their smoothies were yummy. It contained whey protein in it❤️. Their chicken sandwich was amazing and tasty. The proportion in accordance with the price was on point. The chicken was filled inside the sandwich and it was really juicy. If you’re a chicken lover then you should definitely try , chicken satey was chunks of chicken which were marinated in a tandoor and served along with a dip. In desserts, I tried their amazing fruit parfait which consisted of multiple fruits along with honey hung curd. And trust me it was probably the healthiest and the best dessert I’ve ever tried. Secondly I even tried the restaurant made chocolate protein bars. The flavour was amazing and the amount of protein was good. Overall I loved the cafe. Worth a visit....
Read moreLast evening, I made a sudden plan to meet my friend after a long time but we were not in the mood of eating any fast food or street food so decided on trying something healthy and different and went to Healthy Chef.
Here are the food dishes we ordered -
Hummus and Pita - The hummus was freshly prepared and was super delicious. Served with soft pita bread, perfect healthy snack.
Chicken Tikka Wrap: With the perfect blend of spices, the wrap was toothsome. Prepared with finely marinated chicken stuffed with veggies.
Mix Sauce Pasta: It was prepared with wheat pasta full of seasonal veggies and the sauce was flavourful. A must try dish.
Grilled Tilapia Fish - It was a full meal with rice but we just wanted to try the fish so we requested them to not serve rice. The fish was grilled to perfection and served along a tasteful sauce that accompanied it well. A must try for fish lovers.
Drinks -
Mix Berry Twist - Made with mixed berries and milk, the smoothie was so yummy in taste. Highly recommend!
Juice Salvation: It has the taste of pineapple, apple and mint. Nice option for juice lovers.
