Subway Janakpuri — Restaurant in Delhi

One of the most pathetic and disappointing experiences I’ve had at any Subway outlet.

To begin with, their core offering — letting customers choose their patty — was unavailable, with several patty options out of stock. On top of that, many essential vegetables were missing, which completely defeats the purpose of customizing a fresh, healthy sub.

The air conditioning wasn’t working, making the environment extremely uncomfortable. To make things worse, the bread seemed stale or possibly expired, which is absolutely unacceptable for a brand that claims to serve “fresh.”

This is not just an operational failure — it’s a complete breakdown of basic service and hygiene standards. For a reputed international chain, this is beyond shocking.

If you can’t maintain basic stock, freshness, and comfort, you might as well consider shutting down the store instead of misleading loyal customers.

This particular outlet suffers from serious management issues, and something that was quite shocking to me, it lacks sufficient number of condiments. Only one person was staffing the restaurant, even at peak lunch hours, leading to an extremely long wait. While more staff members were present on the premises, no one bothered clearing the tables, or even helping out at the counters. Apparently, the gossip session in the back was more important. There weren't enough veggies and sauces for two six inch subs. And since the restaurant was "out of" 400ml beverage cups, we were asked to either take the 300ml cups or give up on purchasing the meal either. A truly disappointing...

I ordered a veg seekh kabab sub with Egg as addon Upon receiving the order , to my surprise the sub was all wet , the sauces were splattered arround the sub On top of that veg kabab was no where to find Horrible disappointing and definitely not recommended especially this branch Subway Janakpuri Upon calling these guys , the phone was hung up right on my face once i complained about my order. Such decency
