Burger King — Restaurant in Jharkhand

I recently visited Burger King at Nucleus Mall in Ranchi and had a deeply concerning experience. I ordered two burgers, two Cokes, and two ice creams. Upon receiving my order, I discovered fungus on one of the burgers. When I reported this to the store manager, he merely apologized and replaced it.

However, to my dismay, the replacement burger also appeared damaged, looking as if it had been eaten by insects. When I approached the manager again, he argued with me instead of addressing the issue appropriately.

It’s alarming to see a major brand like Burger King compromise on food safety and quality. Just because people enjoy your food doesn’t mean it’s acceptable to serve expired or spoiled items. This experience has left me disappointed and concerned about the standards being upheld. I hope Burger King takes immediate steps to ensure better food...

BK cafe & burger king | Nucleus mall Ranchi

I recently visited the Burger King outlet located on the 3rd Floor of Nucleus Mall, Plot No 1690, Circular Road, Lalpur, and had a pleasant experience. The location is convenient, especially for those shopping in the mall, and the seating area is clean and spacious.As for the food, the burgers were freshly made and tasted great—classic Burger King quality. I had the Whopper, which was juicy, with a good balance of flavors, and the fries were perfectly crisp. The staff was polite and quick with service, even during peak hours. The only downside was that the place can get crowded, especially on weekends, but the wait time was manageable.Overall, it's a good spot for a quick, satisfying meal in the mall. Would definitely recommend it to anyone craving a tasty...

Pathetic Portion Size when ordered ONLINE. (Pics attached)

Chicken Fries : This is the only thing which tasted good and was portioned well

Crispy Chicken Wrap : No taste atall. Poorly packed

Crunchy Chicken Taco : Same as wrap. Just veggies thrown with a chicken patty.

Fries : i dont have issue with them being soggy coz thats what happen with every Fries when ordered online. Issue was the size of the fries they offered.

Boneless Wings : ordered LARGE. but i have attached the portion sizes. I wouldn't even call them small.

Yes BURGER KING is cheaper than KFC, but seeing these kinds of portion size anyone can understand why they are cheaper. No atall a WORTHY EXPERIENCE from such a BIG BRAND....
