Dosa Plaza — Restaurant in Jharkhand

I had the worst experience here! I went there on 16 sep 2023 with my mom in the nucleus mall outlet at around 1:30-1:44pm.

We asked for two masala dosas whose cost was written 179rs for one on the menu. The staff is pathetic lady on the counter is the worst of them all! She charged us 437 and when I asked how, she said that we asked for masala dosa with butter and the gst is also added and I was like what?! When did we say "with butter"and she was full on arguing so, I left it at that since I was tired and was in no mood of arguing with that arrogant women.

This thing was obviously added by her own for looting customers off of their money! But still I paid for the wrong order and sat there to eat. I didn't know what I should have done maybe I should have cancelled the order and not wasted my hard earned money only to eat this tasteless stuff and specially for getting humiliated and laughed at!!

We paid for their fraud and worthless conduct and it was not like we begged them or ate for free! Bunch of idiots specially the counter women!

You should just close the counter if you don't know how to treat customers and if your staff loves making fun of the customers. Ridiculous fools they were! Pathetic experience I had here. Worthless, pathetic service by them!

I should've read the rating were many people said they had this kind of experience and should have gone to some other place.

All the staff there were mannerless and wouldn't even tell us when our order was ready. My mom had to ask about the same by going to their counter countless times. And this is not all, they were rude and were even laughing on seeing us!! What is so funny about cheating someone and doing fraud dears?!

The dosa didn't even taste good. The masala was only sticky, slippery, slimy potatoes with negligible onions and some turmeric. The masala was very less too. Sambhar was cold and didn't tasted good.

I should have gotten something better to eat for this same amount instead of wasting my money here! When I asked for the bill, she said they've thrown all the bills like what is going on??!

Pathetic, worthless and humiliating experience !! Will never ever go there again and I would urge others not to buy from here.

These people especially the women at the counter had no manners. She would give you wrong order and if you are polite like me and can't say no to their face and can't fight for yourself even when you're right. You'll end up paying for something you didn't ask and will end up wasting your hard earned money for this humiliating experience!

P.S. I will never go there and will never eat from them. You can judge...

Very bad experience specially the lady der , she dont even know how to treat customers n how to talk . Even just taking money from customers n saying we cant refund or u can take anything else . Here matter is not about money its about the way she talks to customer . Such a bad language by her which is not bearable by any customers . There is a way to treat customers if they r wrong or right both of the part. I love Dosa and all things Dosa. So, I think this is a must try for anyone like me. I really liked the Fusion dishes which enhanced the taste of both the cuisines. All in all this is a must try place. The staff is well behaved abd they follow the rules of cleanliness strictly. The kitchen can also be easily checked for cleanliness.
