What an outlet. Clap before reading.

Their outlet isn't registered in the online portal of Pizza Hut and the reason the staffs and managers give is ridiculous.

The outlet doesn't share the offers with the customers and one can know it if and only if he or she has gone through online portal or might have recieved some text messages.

This outlet even lacks the supply of staffs. As they had one guy to handover the pizzas to customers cutting the slices poorly and the same one is also entertaining the customers order, issues, queries and everything.

The manager doesn't seems to be understanding and tries to proof herself correct even after other customers expalined her...

Do not opt for delivery when it comes to this outlet. Utter chaos! Had my order mixed up or something and one of my orders were a cheaper priced item instead of the actual item I ordered for. And their outlet's customer service number is switched off which I'd say is terrible since handling an outlet which is open to delivery and having a non functional number is just nonsense. Nice store in the mall, it's more of a restaurant type store and different from the regular Pizza hut stores and thus a bit more expensive then the other pizza hut outlets. Good to go with family, kids and girlfriend, well decorated, coverd with good and quick service. Very warm and cozy specially during evening times. Loved the atmosphere and vibes and the soft music.
