Cafe Coffee Day — Restaurant in Jharkhand

Well the place is nice, the coffee is not too great! The PM Mall branch has better coffee even when you order the same stuff (Probably that guy makes it better)

Ambience: Bottom sitting with open view of the main road and walkway!

Songs: Horrible Horrible Playlist, plays Himesh Reshammiya 6-7years old songs or other old Imran Hashmi songs... (Maybe couples may like it if they are into these, I doubt it though 😅) If you want good playlist be it Punjabi or English the PM Mall branch has some good ones go there instead!

Coffee: Honestly the coffee feels ok nothing too great, ignore the Mocha Cappuccino and the Tangerine White Chocolate Cappuccino both suck really bad! Inverted Cappuccino is good as well as the standard Cappuccino. (Can be way better) Also the coffee art is also better on the PM Branch if you want good coffee pics for the gram)

Atmosphere: If you want peace and empty atmosphere then visit on a weekday or in the afternoon or early morning, you can work from there! Just tell them to switch off the songs and make the AC chill. Plug points are available for your laptops if you need one!

Been visiting this place since a year ago. The space there is really comfortable and cosy but the food quality:( Honestly I found a massive change. The first time I went to CCD, Bistupur, I found it OK to spend around 400-500 on some snacks and drinks. But now I go to this place only because of the space it gives. It's a total waste of money I feel. The food is served cold, that drinks are like water with some food essence and colours. In short, cheap food quality with high charges. Coming to the staffs. Yes, they are sweet to people but sometimes they become too sweet by somehow making you uncomfortable. They will unnecessarily try to add some more food items even when clearly said no. I would rate it even less than a star. There are couple of valid reasons for it. This place isn’t calm too.

1.The person taking an order thinks he can do multitasking but actually he couldn’t. I asked him for cold coffee but he took an order for hot one , which I corrected when heard it saying hot coffee multiple times. I asked strictly no sugar but he gave me the one which had full of sugar instead.

I wish I could’ve gone to somewhere else.

Just a suggestion: If you are already in a meeting or on a call why would you think entertaining the customers at the same time and try to be superhuman.
