I have been a regular visitor at this place and recently it has downgraded itself ,the waitress doesn't even do their job and no training for hospitality . Water was servers after 30 mins and we are just waiting and i reminded almost 3 times .Secondly the staff manger was also told the same and the waitress never brought .I had ordered 2 Thali and the waitress served thali after 45 mins and only one and next one was never brought i told it's 20 mins after you brought one thali please bring other one then the rude waitress went brought and gave me the thali in a angry voice . Few items of thali were missing as i have had thali regularly and i had to give reminder to bring them 2-3 times why this is happening . I had asked for additional water bottle and was never served . Finger Bowl was not brought and i had to ask repeatedly finally I went to washroom to wash my hands .

I complained to the manager at the front gate they told they are short of staff . Management needs to see this negative publicity can ruin the business . I had one of the pathetic experience at Your hotel this time .

I had one of the worst restaurant experiences today. I went to Kaveri Restaurant, Kanke Road, to place a parcel order for Masala Paneer (full plate). The staff told me it would be ready in 10 minutes, so I waited patiently. But even after 20 minutes, there was no update. The order was kept ready on the counter (where the counter guy was sitting), but instead of handing it over, three staff members were busy chatting and ignoring customers.

I asked politely once, and they lied saying “it's still preparing.” After 5 more minutes, I asked again, and only then they lazily replied, “It’s done.” I was shocked to see that my order was sitting on the counter all this time while they kept ignoring it. This kind of behavior is unprofessional, rude, and frustrating. When I reached home, I found that:

1. The paneer pieces were extremely small and barely enough for a full plate.
2. I had clearly asked for "little bit spicy", but it was too spicy and almost inedible. I used to think Kaveri was a good restaurant, but today proved me wrong. The service was pathetic, the staff was careless, and the food quality was poor. I will not recommend this branch to anyone.
